  • Our refund policy is 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after the 24-hour period has passed we cannot offer you a refund. Additionally, We do not offer refunds if you miss your cruise. (That’s why we say get here early!)

  • Unfortunately, bad weather does happen especially in New England. We will run cruises until it is too rainy, windy, or wavy for it to be a comfortable ride. If we decide to cancel we will give you a call, offering a full refund or the ability to reschedule your cruise for another day!

  • We STRONGLY suggest that you make a reservation online since you never know if your preferred cruise will be sold out by the time you get to the ticket booth. However, walk-ups are welcome depending on availability!

  • Our ticket booth is located at 23 Congress St. It is right across the street from our office, between Longboards and the old location of the Marina Beer Garden. If you follow the path next to the water leading to Longboards you will find us. Getting to the ticket booth can be tricky but that’s what Google is for!

  • Before getting on the boat you HAVE to check-in at the ticket booth! We suggest getting to the ticket booth about 20-30 minutes before your cruise leaves. Our cruises leave directly at the time they are supposed to, we cannot wait for tardy people.

  • They leave right from where the ticket booth is located. No secondary locations, it’s easy peasy getting to the boats!

  • Our cruises go along the shorelines of Salem, Marblehead, and Beverly, sometimes Manchester. The route depends on the tides, winds, currents, and time allotted for the cruise!

  • No, unfortunately, we do not have parking specifically for our customers. However, there is a parking garage right across the street from our boats and ample street parking in the area!

  • Yes! We have a full bar on both boats, including various beers, wines, and cocktails. We also have a grill on both boats serving up backyard favorites. The food is made to order so it might take 15-20 minutes to get your food so order early!

  • Some of our cruises are kid-friendly and some are not! In the description of each cruise, it will say if there is an age restriction. But if there is not an option to purchase tickets for kids then kids are not allowed on the cruise.
